Order processing
Orders are processed once payment has been received.
For pre-order items, processing begins once the product is ready to dispatch.
Estimated dispatch windows for pre-orders are shown on the product page and may be updated if production timelines change.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.
If international shipping is available for a product, options and costs will be shown at checkout.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated prior to dispatch for pre-orders.
Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Dispatch confirmation & tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Delays
While we aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to production schedules, supplier delays, or courier issues.
TEN24 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has been dispatched.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch confirmation.
Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it is treated as a standard order and covered by our Refund Policy.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if a shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at rc.1024@hotmail.com so we can assist.
